29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On February 18, 2020 at approximately 6:24pm, an employee was assisting with MJ Saw operations when he suffered injury resulting in an amputation. The amputation was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office was notified on February 20, 2020 at approximately 1:09pm.
