29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: (a) Kunzler & Company, Inc., 652 Manor Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered fractures to the right little finger as a result of getting struck by a moving machine part on the loader head on Line 2 in the Upper Packing Room on February 13, 2020. The injury required hospitalization for surgery and resulted in at least eight lost work days. The employer did not enter this recordable injury on the OSHA 300 log for calendar year 2020 within seven calendar days of receiving information that this recordable injury or illness had occurred, on or about February 21, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
