29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) Second Floor: An employee was exposed to head injury while installing window framing over his head with a pneumatic nail gun an was not wearing any type of head protection, on or about 2/20/20. Frame Q LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264265, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2475 6th St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
