29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Martin Venegas located at 10701 Killaloe Drive Dublin, OH 43017: On and preceding February 19, 2020, employees were framing in walls on a two story residential home at heights up to 12 feet without fall protection or other PPE. The employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs related to the framing work being conducted by employees. Martin Venegas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1427508, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 11920 Warbler Way, Plain City, OH 43064.
