29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that employees working from platforms and walkways have at least 18" wide surface to stand on. This violation was most recently observed at 700 Palisades Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Structure 3rd Floor- where an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine feet while walking back and forth on a scaffold platform composed of a single 2"x12" plank unloading an All Terrain Forklift, on or about 12/6/19. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees who work from scaffold platforms, have at least 18" wide surface to stand. Frame Q LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979064, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Skyline Dr, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.
