29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about November 5, 2019 on the job site located at 988 Zeller Drive, Lot 615, Pickerington, OH 43147, the employer failed to develop and maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazards were identified and corrected onsite while performing framing work. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390339, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12365 Ebright Lane in Pickerington, Ohio. MMD Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330328, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Cloverhill Drive in Galloway, Ohio.
