29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: On or about October16, 2019, in storage room, where an employee was exposed to struck-by when nine helium tanks were not securely stored. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008888, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2016, with a final abatement date of October 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1428 West Gray, Suite 104B, Houston, TX, 77019. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006796, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2015, with a final abatement date of November 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3055 Columbia Blvd., Suite 104B, Titusville, FL, 32780.
