29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 326 Village Walk Dr. Macungie, PA.: On or about September 6, 2019, employees performing housekeeping work were located below roofers, but were not protected from the overhead hazards by wearing head protection. Webb Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1414261, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Calico Point Drive, Paupack, PA 18451.
