29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: (a) 118 Amethyst Dr., Flowood MS - On or about August 28, 2019 employees were using a pole scaffold that had one 2x8 inch plank for the platform exposing employees to a fall hazard. NEFTALI BARRON was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 849343, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 103 Klass Blvd, (Lot 20 Klass Plantation) in Madison, MS 39110. NEFTALI BARRON was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990133, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 103 Luvie Court, Madison MS 39110.
