29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." On or about 7/30/2019 at the electrical panels, workers turning the fluorescent overhead lighting on and off daily were exposed to electrical hazards of up to 480 V where the 277 V breakers were not designed for daily use.
