29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: Location: Sanborn Road Excavation On or about June 27, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working around earth moving equipment in and around an excavation without high visibility clothing. CAN Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.28(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212254, citation number1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 123 Bradford Road in Henniker, NH.
