Location: 31-37 Pearl Street Port Chester, NY 10573 a) On or about June 3rd, 2019, the employer did not report an employee work-related amputation to OSHA within 24 hours. Neri's Bakery Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1337675, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 31-37 Pearl Street Port Chester, NY 10573.
