29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: Location - 3 Lexington St. Burlington, MA On or about 02/13/19, an employee performing framing on a new residential dwelling working from a job made scaffold that was not designed or constructed by competent person. The NL General Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149069, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/16, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Bridge St. Billerica, Ma 01821.
