29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): Written process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). a) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-02-05 incorrectly depicts LSC 144, 145 and 146 on the right side of the compressor when they are actually on the left, on or about 7/1/19. b) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-02-05 incorrectly depicts the pressure relief valves, 124, 125 and 126 and 135, 136 and 137, for the oil cooler. Valves 124, 125 and 126 are located on the left of the P&ID and should be on the right. Valves 135, 136 and 137 are shown on the right of the P&ID and should be on the left, on or about 7/1/19. c) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-04-02 incorrectly depicts the low pressure liquid line to SSC 300 from TS-700 containing valves SSC 307 and 308 on the right and should be on the left, on or about 7/1/19. d) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-04-02 incorrectly depicts the low pressure liquid line from SSC 300 to TS-700 containing valves 310 and 311 on the left and should be on the right, on or about 7/1/19. e) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-04-02 incorrectly depicts the pressure relief valves, SSC 300, 301 and 302 and SSC 304, 305 and 306, for the oil cooler. Valves 300, 301 and 302 are located on the right of the P&ID and should be on the left. Valves 304, 305 and 306 are shown on the left of the P&ID and should be on the right, on or about 7/1/19. f) Ammonia refrigeration system: P&ID-04-02 did not depict a capped angle valve on the high sigh discharge side after SSC 325, on or about 7/1/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
