29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record: a) 60 Salem Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about January 28, 2019, the employer had not verified compliance with this section by preparing a written certification record for the employees. JCL Home Improvement Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926 503 (b) 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1306128, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
