29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident was not reported within 24 hours. a) 908 Belmont St., Springfield, MA: On or about 12/31/2018, an employee fell off the roof of this residence and was admitted to the hospital as an inpatient, and as of 01/08/2019 the employer had not reported the hospitalization to the Agency. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
