29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) 3982 Kozy Korner Road, Center Valley, PA, Worksite - on or about October 1, 2018, employees were using pneumatic nail guns to apply fasteners to a residential roof without utilizing impact resistant eye protection. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of a similar occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310321, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 225 La Grande Ave., Fanwood, NJ
