29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Rear exit door near mixing room: On or about November 7, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher was not labeled to identify the location for an employee in case of an emergency.
