29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: Corn Kitchen, Fries Extruder Machines - On or about August 15, 2018, employees worked between extruder machines where the exit access width was less than 28". This condition was likely to delay egress and expose employees to injury in the event of an emergency: a) The exit access from the work area between Fries Extruder machines #4 and #5 was only 24" wide. b) The exit access from the work area between Fries Extruder machines #5 and #6 was only 24" wide. There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
