29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. On or about July 20, 2018 and at times prior to, in the table saw work area: (a) The exit route leading to the emergency exit door in the work area was obstructed by a metal bar locking the door. The Meglio Interiors, LLC. was previously cited for a violation an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard or 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284974, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5669 New Peachtree Road, Chamblee GA.
