29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Date of Violation: On or about 07-09-2018 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service Manassas Annex, 9020 Euclid Ave. Manassas, VA 20110 in the break area, Condition: Employees were exposed to live energized 110 volt conductors at the plug end of the drink machine in the break room. The 110 volt receptacle enclosure did not contain a cover plate exposing the live electrical terminals. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
