29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: On or about June 5, 2018, at Parts Authority 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Employees performing warehouse activities were wearing 3M N-95 type respirators. The employer did not provide information such as that contained in Appendix D of the OSHA respirator standard to instruct employees how to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with voluntary respirator use.
