29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a. On or about May 14, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when an electrical panel near the ladder to the roof controlling lights was partially blocked by a pallet of sealers. b. On or about May 15, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by and electrical hazards when electrical panels near the shipping/receiving office that controlled compactor, lights and receptacles were blocked by a picnic table, file cabinet, and other stored items. c. On or about May 15, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by and electrical hazards when electrical panels near the shipping/receiving office that controlled compactor, lights, and receptacles were blocked by a pallet. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
