29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The log of occupational injuries and illnesses, (OSHA Form N. 300), was not completed in the detail provided in the form and the instructions contain therein: (a)New Angus, LLC dba DemKota Ranch Beef at 13 135th Street South West, Aberdeen, SD 57401: On or about and at times prior to April 4, 2018, the employer did not ensure that a log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was completed in the detail required by the regulations, as referenced in 1904.7(b)(3) in that, the employer did not appropriately document the injury or illness as explained in column (F) of the OSHA Form N. 300.
