29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: (a) On or about March 6, 2018 the employer had not developed a 2018 OSHA-300 log for a recordable lost work day injury that occurred on February 5, 2018 where an employee's hand was caught in the out-feed rollers of the Hawker Dowel Milling Machine.
