29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii) this is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates General Industry requirements: The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) On the M/v Matanuska at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, Oregon: On or about 2/1/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to copper and iron oxide inhalation hazards contained in welding fumes and the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards with welding. Vigor was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1103163, citation number 2, item number 1, with a final order date of 4/18/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Building 72, 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland Oregon.
