29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2): The employer did not give their employees, former employees, their personal representatives and their authorized employee representatives the OSHA injury and illness records when requested. On or about 10-25-2017 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service Denbigh Station 14104 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23602, Condition: The employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to the employee representative upon request. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
