29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a. On or about August 11, 2017 at 5137 Candelabra Lane, Loves Park, Illinois 61111, documents were requested during opening conference. The employer failed to respond to said request within four hours. b. On or about September 22, 2017 a written document request was delivered to Baney Construction Inc. with a response required by September 29, 2017. The employer failed to reply to this request. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
