29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: A) Wiers Farm, Inc., located at 4465 State Route 103 South, Willard, OH 44890: On or about July 27, 2017, the employer did not establish a written site-specific Exposure Control Plan in order to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Employees were exposed to blood-borne hazards while they assisted injured employee. Wiers Farm, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (1910.1030(c)(1)(i)), which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 1087819, Citation number 1, Item number 2A, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/06/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4465 State Route 103 South, Willard, OH 44890.
