29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) On or about 07/17/2017 - Plant Area, periodic inspections for equipment such as, but not limited to, Motor control center, #1 CPX Pump, #3 Cooling tower Pump, and the Feed Roller Motor, had not been conducted. Birmingham Rail & Locomotive Co, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114524 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1015 15th Avenue North, Bessemer, AL 35020
