29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: a) Jobsite: Employees were working on the top level of a scaffold approximately 30 feet from the ground that was not fully planked. Condition was noted on or about 12 JULY 2017. Chris Eaton, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 568839, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 27 MAR 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 Wharton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
