29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: a) Fourth Floor - An employee was using a Milwaukee 7 1/4" portable electric saw to cut wood framing members and the cord had been severed and spliced, 120 volt 15 amp service, on or about 07/13/2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
