29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: a) Under Sawmill; On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, fall and electrical hazards in that employees cleaning under the sawmill were required to walk and work in standing water. Dudley Lumber Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 934646, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8575 Hwy 280 East, Salem, AL 36874.
