Text For Citation: 03 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about May 23, 2017, at the above addressed worksite, the space in front of two electrical panels was not maintained and was obstructed by a storage rack, personal items and/or materials/debris piled-up/blocking quick access to the electrical panels. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection #1148031, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Loudon Road, Concord, NH 03301. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection #920461, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4706 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850.
