29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agent: Roof, Wing B - An employee operating a nail gun during roofing operations was not using eye protection. CMV Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147004, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Yates Village, Building G2450 on Van Vraken Avenue in Schenectady, New York.
