29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) Worksite: On or about 4/3/2017, employees were not protected from overhead hazards while working below roofers. GCB Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203583, citation number 001, item number 01a and was affirmed as a final order on 3/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 389 Glenwood Avenue, Pawtucket RI, 02860.
