29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section. On or about March 21, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees in the facility were using chemicals in portable containers without labels or markings as to the chemicals identity or hazard warnings. DIMENSIONAL MACHINE WORKS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982138 CITATION NUMBER 3, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/26/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6930 SAN ANTONIO ST, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77040.
