29 CFR 1926.652(c)(3)(iii): At least one copy of the tabulated data, which identifies the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system. After that time the data may be stored off the jobsite, but a copy of the data shall be made available to the Secretary upon request. (a) On or about March 22, 2017, and at times prior thereto, Titan Technologies, Inc. did not have the tabulated data for a trench box being used in an excavation of Type C soil measuring approximately 10'X13' and 7.2' deep located at 307 North 2nd Street, Boise, ID 83702. NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
