29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. a) 305 South Richland Ave - The employer did not certify that the five (5) Ream Roofing employees working on the roof were trained to recognize fall hazards on or about January 26, 2017. b) 305 South Richland Ave - The employer did not certify that the two (2) employees borrowed from NRC roofing were trained to recognize fall hazards on or about January 26, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
