29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated: On February 21, 2017, Elmer Miller dba Miller Building Systems, LLC was issued citations and the employer did not verify, through written certification that each citation was abated. Abatement certification was not received for the following violations: Citation 1 Item 1. Elmer Miller dba Miller Building Systems, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114206, citation number 03, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of Finch Dr. and Country Ridge Dr., Mahomet, IL.
