29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: On or about September 1, 2016, employees were exposed to trip, slip and fall hazards. The work floors around #2061 Blacksmith 5,000 pound steam hammer, the #24 Erie 12,000 pound steam hammer, the #2090 Erie 2,000 pound steam hammer and the #5857 Farquar 1500 ton hydraulic press had flexible steam hoses, tools, machinery parts and standing water from steam leaks and hydraulic oil leaks that were not maintained as safe and dry.
