29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a) On or about 09/22/2016 throughout establishment; where maintenance mechanics were not subject to an annual, or more frequent, periodic review while performing an actual lockout procedure. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The Sweetworks Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 394522, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY, 14225.
