29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used. a. On or about August 26, 2016, at the addressed jobsite, an electrical extension cord that was used to power the air compressor from the generator was worn and frayed, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
