29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) On or about 7/6/2016, The steps for the stairway leading to the anodizing filter press platform varied in rise height from approximately 8 1/4" to 9 3/4". The employee using the stairs was going up and down to monitor the solids and ph levels for press 4 to 6 times per shift.
