29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer did not ensure that labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Marvel Saw Area, flammable storage cabinet, Wyman Gordon Company, 244 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts; On May 20, 2016 two separate chemicals were found in the Marvel Saw area inside the flammable storage cabinet that were not labeled exposing employees to hazardous chemicals without being able to determine the protective equipment required for use.
