29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): Select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment; a. On or about May 12, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees handling composite material at the exit end of the Rhonda lamination line were wearing gloves as identified in the hazard assessments, exposing employees to laceration hazards. Ridge Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077942, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5577 Raiders Road in Frazeysburg, Ohio, 43822.
