29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 259 Halladay Street, Jersey City, NJ. The employer had not ensured that his employees were protected from falls of 28 feet from the 5 in 12 sloped roof to the ground below when working on applying the roof shingles at this new home construction project. Violation occurred on or about 04/18/2016.
