29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) 1358 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA, Worksite - on or about March 26, 2016, employees were working at grade during roof demolition operations, but were not wearing any means of head protection. b) 1358 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA, Worksite - on or about March 26, 2016, employees were performing residential roofing work while utilizing pneumatically powered nail guns without wearing any means of eye protection. All Brothers Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068585, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1887 Schadt Avenue, Whitehall, PA 18052.
