29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3): Certification record were not maintained of each inspection, performed in accordance with this paragraph (m), containing the date of the inspection, the name of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the equipment specified in paragraph (m)(1)(i) of this section that was inspected: A.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401, on or about February 10, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees are performing servicing and maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to, shaker bed/corn cracker and the bird seed mixer. The company is not maintaining inspection certification records when servicing equipment that includes, but is not limited to, the corn cracker and corn crimper. This ongoing violation was most recently observed on April, 27, 2016. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer implement a maintenance inspection certification record process and maintain those records. Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.272(m)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924399, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401.
