29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. a) Pyongsan office; On January 26, 2016, the employer failed to provide copies of the OSHA 300 log injury and illness records for Surge Staffing, LLC employees that had recordable injuries while working at the facility within (4) business hours of the records being requested by an authorized representative.
